Handling Charges

No handling charges.

Delivery
We will ship items within 1 working day after confirmation of payment. All items will be shipped via the followings shipping carriers:

e-DHL, GD Express, Poslaju – local delivery within Malaysia
FedEx, EMS – Oversea delivery
Other oversea courier service can be arranged upon request

Note: Under terms and conditions of Tenryu (M) Sdn Bhd, and WITHOUT additional charges, we will automatically upgrade oversea customers' delivery option to use FedEx or other courier services. This upgrade is to improve the delivery time to customers. This upgrade does not include bulky items, and subject to the availability of FedEx or other couriers to the respective destinations.

Shipping Oversized Items
Shipping charges for large items will be quoted upon request.

Tracking
We will provide tracking number after order is shipped.
